Reservation Policy

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is charged if arrival date is within 30 days. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If a deposit is not received in a timely manner, the reservation is subject to cancellation. All major credit cards accepted. Validation of a credit card is required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy:  Reservations canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

All cancellations within 60 to 30 days of scheduled arrival are subject to a $75 non-refundable fee.

Deposit refunds, less non-refundable fees, will be made within 45 days of cancellation, will be credited to the party having paid the deposit, and will be forwarded to the address given on the reservation.

Maximum Occupancy: 1 Bed - 4; 2 Bed - 6

Parking: On-site parking is available for one vehicle per reservation.

Responsibility: Eagle Point Condominium Association and its managing agent are not liable for any expense or delay caused by any transportation, weather, strike, or other causes beyond its direct control.
